- Unused & unopened: Items must be in their original, unused condition with the seal intact.
- Original packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories.
- Proof of purchase: A valid order number is required for all returns.
- Non-refundable shipping: Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Final sale items: Sale items and e-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Carefully repack your items in the original packaging. Include your RA number on the outside of the box to help us process your return faster.

Drop your package off at any carrier location. We recommend using a tracked service. Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is confirmed.

Returns FAQ
Email our support team at info@enar.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a Return Authorisation (RA) number and full return instructions within 24 hours.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Returns requested after this window may not be accepted, so please reach out as soon as possible if you have any issues.
We can only accept returns on unused, unopened products with the original seal intact. If you experienced a quality issue with an opened product, please contact our team — we'll evaluate each situation individually.
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 2–5 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and refund the full amount including original shipping.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your original order and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
Please email info@enar.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
